It has been confirmed that spam emails (spoofed emails) disguised as emails from our hotel have been sent.

If you receive an email from our hotel stating "I don't recognize this message," "Please re-enter your reservation information," or "We are requesting you to enter your credit card information," please do not click on any URLs in the email or view any attachments, as this may lead you to a phishing site or result in unauthorized access.
The hotel will never send you an email requesting your credit card number or requesting payment (unless you actually use a credit card).

This refers to the act of stealing important information such as credit card numbers and account information (user ID, password, etc.) by sending emails from a spoofed sender or by linking to a fake homepage from a fake email.
