These emails are delivered via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and contain malicious URL links that may lead you to fraudulent phishing sites (scam websites) disguised as reservation or payment confirmations.
Our group facilities and online travel agents will never contact you directly via messaging apps such as WhatsApp regarding your booking details or credit card information.
If you happen to receive such a suspicious email, please do not access (click on) any URLs included in it, and delete it immediately.
