We have recently confirmed that suspicious emails are being sent impersonating the online travel agency "Booking.com".
These emails are delivered via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and contain malicious URL links that may lead you to fraudulent phishing sites (scam websites) disguised as reservation or payment confirmations.
Our group facilities and Booking.com will never send you any information regarding your reservation or credit card details via messaging apps such as WhatsApp.
If you happen to receive such a suspicious email, please do not access (click on) any URLs included in it, and delete it immediately.
We sincerely apologize for any worry or inconvenience this may have caused our customers.
