GINZA STEAK Eibsu will open on the 1st and 2nd floors of EBISUHOLIC HOTEL in mid-May 2023.
Ginza Steak, you can enjoy teppanyaki made with carefully selected Wagyu beef from auctions, all while watching the chefs' techniques. Enjoy an all-you-can-eat menu of the highest quality A5 Kuroge Wagyu beef, paired with a wide selection of wines. Private rooms are also available, making this restaurant perfect for banquets and anniversaries.

Our hotel's efforts regarding the Plastic Resource Recycling Promotion Act
In response to the enforcement of the Plastic Resource Recycling Promotion Act from April 2022, our hotel will be taking steps to reduce plastic waste. Starting Friday, May 6, 2022, we will be moving the amenities (toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razors, etc.) that were previously provided in guest rooms to the lobby and providing them as a buffet where guests can help themselves.
